Restoration Dance

God has blessed us with powerful and intimate times in Restoration Dance this past year. It has been a joy watching these women and girls open up into a new boldness to enter His throne room in physical adoration and intercession. Our first choreographed ministry to the song “Dance” was beautiful. We have also learned bits of hip hop, Jewish dance, and ballet/lyrical dance. We’ve experimented with flags and silk cloths, prayers and scripture over the microphone, live music and cd’s, corporate intercessory dance and individual worship. In the future we are excited to perform ministry and freestyle dances on the beach, the street, in Sunday morning service and during some of the 24/7 prayer sets. Dance is not about a certain agenda Thursday evening or performance on Sunday. It is about a renewed personal relationship with the Lord everyday. My own personal knowing of the Lord has changed and grown during and because of persevering with Restoration Dance every week. I know it can do the same for you!
Restoration Dance is now open to all men and women, boys and girls ages 8 and up, dancers or not. We want to come in His house to worship Him, hear His heart, intercede on behalf of others, and to meet Him who transforms our lives. Though I joyfully encourage everyone to try free movement in this non-threatening atmosphere, if you are not a dancer, come to pray and worship while the dancers usher in the presence of the Lord. Our purpose is for anyone to participate. We are also seeking anyone interested in playing live music for our worship set.
Restoration Dance meets at 5:30pm on Thursday.
Worship Dance/intercessory prayer from 5:30-6:30pm.
Choreography from 6:30-7pm.
Please wear modest comfortable clothes, bring your Bible, and a heart to meet the Lord!

My name is Diane Aki my husband and I are youth leaders for Peace Chapel West (Akld). We have a small number of youth members total 21 aged between 13 - 23 years old.
I was wondering if your group could perform or speak at one of our youth nights. We have youth every Friday at 6.30pm 108 Railside Avenue, Henderson.
We have a few students who are musically gifted, some are keen on dance - so it would be really great to hear your testimonies.
